Fantastic experience here. My car failed it's MOT and it required some welding, I brought it here and they were very friendly, accommodating and they did a great job. Following this, I had some other minor issues but D Williams went above and beyond to resolve them for me - very pleased with the service that I received and would recommend to all!
My battery alternator decided to die on me I contacted duane & he was so quick to reply and arranged for my car to recovered super fast! Communication was outstanding driver even called me when arriving to my vehicle to let me no it was safe. Once taken back a new alternator was ordered straight away and my car was fixed and ready to collect the same day.
Fantastic service Exceptional communication and the Price was brilliant.

Brilliant bunch of lads,helped me out no end today,water pump was shafted,so rang these guys,took it in and all sorted cam belt too,I mean wow,nobody else was taking on work this side of Christmas, which would have left me stranded,thanks Duane and gang,things like this go a long way,deserved 5 stars in my book,reasonably priced too,thanks again lads .
Fantastic work on my Renault scenic. Had mot and some work done elsewhere and they completely messed up my car. This garage couldn't do enough to help rectify the work done by the other garrage and do the other work that other garrage has missed on mot at a very good price. Highly recommend very friendly and knowledgeable staff good prices and very good job done. Will be back soon
D Williams & Daughter is an exceptional, welcoming and stress free garage. I’ve found my new go to garage in Telford, Shropshire.
After being told a ridiculous quote and false information on a problem I had with my car (different Telford garage) I was recommended, by a friend, to get in contact with D Williams and daughters. They found the TRUE source of the problem (my clutch) and didn’t once rob me for my money. A quote, car parts and time to fix the issue was accomplished within 2 days. I can’t thank them enough for their time and willingness to fix my car with such a tight schedule.

I have used this garage for mine & my wife’s car both for servicing & repairs I can’t fault this garage. The staff and owner are easily reachable and they offer you a no quibble quote on any matters that occur to our vehicles. I had my car back from repair yesterday and it’s great not to here a knocking noise ????. If you need a reliable mechanic then give these a shout very reliable and trustworthy and won’t burn a hole in your pocket like the main chain garages like Halfords etc etc
I have used this garage now for both recovery of an old car I owed and had a service on my new car. Each time the service has been incredible. Always go that extra mile to help you , is honest, reliable and the work carried out is Top rate and they don't try and charge you the earth . Highly recommended.
