Great B&B accommodation on the Isle of Skye. Perfectly located, Dunedin offers all the amenities you would need in a cozy, comfortable and well-kept guesthouse. Rob and Yvonne are managing this location with utmost care and passion, and this is visible in all the details: spotlessly clean rooms, rich breakfast made with care, customized support for your needs as a guest.
The reservation process is easy and straightforward, by simply contacting Rob and Yvonne through the contact session on their website.
We spent 2 great nights here in May and we look forward to returning soon.
I stayed at the Dunedin B&B for 3 nights in the middle of July. I had such a lovely experience and I felt like home in my room, really comfy and cozy. Rob & Yvonne are such great hosts. I loved chatting with them during breakfast, talking about the beauty of nature, food recipes, local music and stories about Bonnie Prince Charles. The B&B is also in a great position in Broadford, since there is a co-op just 5 minutes walking from there and few restaurants very near the B&B, which they can be easily reached by walking. From the kitchen there is also a beautiful view of a little shore, where you can wander around and have a nice walk.
If you decide to travel to the Isle of Skye, that's the perfect place to stay, you won't be disappointed!
We had a great stay with Rob and Yvonne. They are outstanding hosts, and we would highly recommend them for a location to stay if you are on the Isle of Skye. They are very personable and know the area very well. They gave great suggestions on things to do on the Isle of Skye even on rainy days. There restaurant suggestions were spot on. We were there for two nights and their hospitality, room and breakfasts were outstanding. Thank you for making our trip to Scotland a wonderful one.
We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful B&B. We stayed for 3 nights when visiting the Isle of Skye in June this year. ||It’s so clean, well maintained and most of all the hosts (Yvonne and Rob) were absolutely amazing! I’m pregnant at the moment and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I know they would do the same to ensure every guest’s comfort, they’re just those type of people, but Yvonne even went out and bought ice for me, on one particularly hot day, so I could have cold water to drink after our day out. ||Aside from their amazing hospitality, their breakfasts were amazing, they were full of wonderful facts about Skye and surrounds, and had great tips on where to eat locally! ||We can’t recommend this wonderful B&B enough and will definitely be back to stay again one day! Thank you Yvonne and Rob, for making our stay so special and memorable!
My friend and I stayed for three nights in late July while we were on a tour of Skye. The place itself is located close to the supermarket and the better restaurants (of the very few that are there in Broadford). The B&B is charming and cosy with comfortable rooms and a lovely view of the bay. What made our stay an unforgettable experience were the hosts Rob and Yvonne. They are lovely people and we enjoyed our short chats with them over breakfast. Rob makes the best croissants and my friend Rose enjoyed his special porridge..;-)
Would recommend anyday....
3 night stay set up as part of a 4 day tour. Didn't know exactly what we expected prior to the stay but left very pleased. Fairly spacious room along with a roomy attached bathroom. Hosts were fantastic in both demeanor and breakfast culinary skills. Truly made for a great stay.
[Writing in English so the owners can read this as well]|Good B&B, but most importantly a lovely friendly couple willing to help with just about anything. I've had my share of stays in B&Bs in Scotland over the years. Some are very businesslike, others practically welcome you into the family. This one is more to the latter part of the spectrum. Upon arrival we (myself and two different guests traveling with the same company) were asked about allergies for breakfast etc. We were also asked if we liked something to drink for the evening. I'm a difficult eater and it was no problem whatsoever. Toast was made for me every morning, no matter what was actually on the menu. I also got a nice glass of cold milk every evening when I arrived in my room. |The room was nice and warm, even with the window open slightly. It was warm outside, but cooled down significantly in the evenings and throughout the night, yet I had no problem with the temperature in my room. |The B&B is relatively centrally located, right next door to a fish and chips shop (decent food, nothing fabulous) in walking distance from several restaurants and a small grocery store which was really convenient so I could buy some supplies for lunch.
Wow! What a great B&B experience that was! Close to supermarket, restaurants, gas station etc but still you have conformity and peace of a village. Its so easy to get from here anywhere on Skye.
I cannot describe well enough with words how much of coziness and homie feeling you get in this B&B and with its hosts.
Amazing breakfast, comfortable and cute room with the bath, so clean and well maintained.
Yvonne and Rob Are always there if you need anything, always trying to make you laugh and make sure you have beyond everything you need.
I would Stay here anytime again!
Thank you guys for a lovely stay!
