Very bad experience
Promise me to repair my bmw I used my free carrier in AA but after 4 days they drop my car on near road and said that they cant repair.
I had to pay 60£ to carry it to another garage
They repaired it within one hour.
Earlier management was very good
Had a problem with my front tyres. Was directed here by my grandson. Really helpful and arranged for the tyres to be fitted the following day. Work done at the time arranged at a very competitive price. Thanks guys.
The "BEST" Auto garage services providers in Dundee .They are very professional and honest people. I visited three different workshops in Dundee and they recommend that my car driver side wheel bearing need to be replaced and gave different time appointment about a week and told me that it's a long time taking job.A friend refered me and told about his good car repair experience with these gays. I visited them today and amazingly they done job within 30 minutes and problem was my wheel rim was misaligned and that's all.

Put my vehicle for MOT and passed after minor repairs. Very friendly staff with better knowledge and push their best to return the vehicle at earliest possible. Charges were very reasonable. Indeed I would like recommend the place.
I bought a car for my son from this garage after seeing it advertised online.
My enquiry message was answered promptly and we were invited to view the car that same afternoon.
The boys were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the car was MOT'd, valeted, serviced and good to go withing two days.

Used this garage in November for MOt and service without any issues but things have went downhill from then. Booked my car in for Tuesday for 2 rear air suspension bags to be replaced which was dropped off Monday night. Had a phone call Tuesday afternoon to say they were struggle for time (mechanics down south and at the hospital etc) and it wouldn’t be done. This wasn’t a problem for me but explained I needed it done but the end of the week so they said they’d hopefully have time on Thursday. Thursday came and went with no contact so phoned Friday morning. Man on the phone wasn’t even aware they had my car and asked if I had the correct number. Receptionist phoned back to say they are waiting on the parts (which were only ordered Friday) and they were due in at 4pm. I received another phone call to say they wouldn’t manage Friday and they would be in Saturday morning to do it. Multiple phone calls Saturday morning with no answer so took a drive past. Gates close and my car still sitting where I left it Monday night. I understand delays can happen but the lack of communication was terrible and the false promises were too many to count. 1 more full week without my car and no further forward. Car was picked up Sunday to take elsewhere. Never again.
They guys did a great job. The car is running like a new one
My daughter broke down in town yesterday and was towed to this garage. They have identified the problem and given an excellent price for the repair. They even loaned her a car from their forecourt for a week so that she could still go to work! Excellent service.
