Very helpful and nothing to much trouble top garage
A great service sorted work van
Went here to have my annual MOT check and the car was quickly looked at whilst I waited sadly that’s where the positive ends !! my vehicle failed on what they said was front brake pads and not enough fluid in the windscreen washer, seems a bit petty to say it just needs topping up with water as it was already 3/4 full so to fail it on that is ridiculous !! I wasn’t happy with the test results as I’d had pre MOT checks and was told all was fine, so I took it to another MOT station to get a second opinion and guess what ? IT PASSES first time !! the pads were not dangerously low as was stated but was told to get them changed in time so only an advisory as there was a fair bit of meat on them but they will need changing by the next test !! This other garage also said that to fail it on half a cup of water as that’s all the windscreen washer needed was “ludicrous” in their words and “ripping people off” for work that doesn’t need doing immediately ( their words not mine ) and I paid £45 for the privilege, won’t be returning or recommending this place and have appealed to DVSA regarding the test to claim my money back. AVOID go elsewhere !!

Wife said I always fear an m.o.t,
I said if anything it's going to be a track rod end or bottom boil joint,
Dudleys done the m.o.t and it failed on offside track rod end and insufficient handbrake, I repaired both myself and were right the track rod end did have excessive play and turned out that the offside handbrake cable had ceased so I replaced both,it went back and passed straight away in my experience I am very happy
New to the area & a single female took a chance & wow amazing customer service. Nothing was too much. These guys are top class. Thank you A***
