Not happy at all…phoned the garage to say we thought the head gasket has gone on my car, someone said that it did sound like that and booked it in after giving me a quote. On taking the car in the guy said it would be two days work. I said I have a home help business self employed and need my car urgently to see to my elderly clients. I phoned up late on day two to be told ( after having to use my husbands car, causing inconvenience) that the mechanic had not turned up and they had tried to phone but I had not answered ( not true, I am hot on my phone and I had no missed calls from the garage.the guy even had the cheek to say he would book in again and do it cheaper !!!! ) To my response of “do you think I would trust you again” ?
I certainly won’t be going here again and I suggest they get their act together if they want to stay open and keep clients ???? I have managed to book in with a reputable garage who are going to put on diagnostic machine as they think it may be a much simpler problem that will cost me a lot less
