Deteriorating and poor customer service
I was a long time customer of this garage.
On Thursday 21 September 2023 I booked my car for failing air condition and rear parking sensors. Paul fixed the air condition as the gas needed topping up however the sensors problem was not. I was charged for a scan that did not helped sort out my problem. Paul scanned the system and told me the left centre sensor is faulty. Robbie charged me for the scanning telling me we do not replace sensors. You need to get another sensor. After you replace it bring the car back to code it in.
I purchased a brand new sensor and replaced it however the problem persisted.
I went again as I was told for coding in the new sensor to be told by the technician there is no need for coding in. So Bobbie was taking me on a ride.
Michaela behind the till told me you have changed the sensor so it is your fault. If we scan it again we have to charge you again. I did not ask for a scan to start with. If they do not deal with faulty sensors and are not in a position to sort this out why the hell did they scan the car in the first place.? The problem has not been sorted out. They should have been more honest and candid and say we can not fix parking sensor problem rather than wasting my time and money. I am disappointed by this level of dishonesty and the absurdity of Michaela's behaviour.
I am not going to use their services again and advise people to be wary to resort to this garage.
We used Drayton Auto centre to check over a BMW we had sold up that way. They fitted us in same day, provided great service at a good price and were very helpful. Would highly recommend.
Took my car here for the first time last year and they are certainly a great bunch of people who definitely know their stuff. Great workmanship at a competitive price. Any problems with my car now and they are always my first, and only, port of call
The staff here are all very friendly and honest. They cannot do enough for you , trying to source parts or changing a booking at the last minute they try to put the customer first.i have a small fleet of vehicles private & business I trust with draytons , very impressed
