The vegetables tasted spoilt, ruined my whole mood and day because it was a waste of money. The customer service is also bad because the lady on the phone is rude and inattentive to customers (I cried after), they don’t seem to value having long term customers and the food quality and flavour over the years have gotten worse, whilst the prices got higher. Used to be my top pick, but now it isn’t even on my list, so I’ll stop going here.
This place received a ONE STAR food hygiene rating on 25 May 2023. MAJOR IMPROVEMENT NECESSARY in two of the three categories.

I used to love this takeaway but will never go back.
Just had a delivery, on time as usual and the food tonight was probably the best I've had well done ????
Really good … food , service and price is reasonable
This is by far the worst Chinese takeaway in Billericay, I’ve had better chicken curry’s out of Tescos it was watery with no taste at all asked for extra fresh chillies and get chilli flakes, the honey chicken was literally dunked in a honey pot before slapping it in the container. The chips I could have used to cement the slabs in my back garden down. I wouldn’t recommend at all!!
First time tonight having takeaway with this Chinese and I must say it was very nice indeed , nice enough that I called and conplimted the chef. (Very rare I do that.)
The food was hot ,fresh, tasty,seasoned, not greasy,good size portions and ready in no time .
The only thing I can criticize is the lemon sauce was very lemony and I mean very lemony but I guess if you ask for lemon sauce you get LEMON sauce but apart from that I think we have found our new Chinese takeaway .

Ordered a mixture of dishes, really enjoyed the crispy beef and spring rolls. The Lemon Chicken was a bit odd and the vegetarian dishes weren't great. The restaurant didn't mention that we had to pay by card on the phone but luckily had cash.
Delivered an hour later than stated (so 2 hours in total) with 2 items missing and 3 items incorrect (containing ingredients I had asked not to include!!). Called to ask for partial refund and manager refused, saying I could have 20% off next order (no thank you I will be not giving you my business again) and expecting me to wait over an hour for missing items (what use is that when the rest of the meal will be cold!). Terrible service.
