Contacted Peter with a problem with my car and he carried out several electrical checks before advising me that the car required a part which he not only ordered but booked the car in for a date and time suitable to me. Collected the vehicle and carried out the necessary work and returned the car. Well pleased with his work and reasonably priced too.
Peter provided an excellent service with his diagnosis and repair. He even arranged to pick up the car from our home and dropped it back when finished. He kept me closely updated all the way through the process and showed a genuine desire to resolve a long ongoing issue with the car. Highly recommend Peter for mechanical works, I’ve struggled to find a good mechanic that can identify an ongoing problem I’ve had and fix it. At long last a mechanic I feel I can trust! Peter carried out an MOT and full service, and advised me on several issues with the car that he will work on for me. He was honest, punctual and didn't try to make me buy something I didn't need or want. Peter's comms are great, letting you know exactly what's wrong and how it can be fixed. He also picked up the car and brought it back (heaven). Good old fashioned honesty coupled with excellent customer service. What more could you ask for? I really can't recommend Peter highly enough.
I had an alternator and tensioner replaced. Peter offered both a friendly and professional service. Very well priced. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend to friends and family alike.
