I would not even rate them. They never answer the phone.. You could try as much as you like but no one picks up the phone. Really poor service and that's not all, can't even make an appointment to see a doctor until three or fours days later. Have lost my patience with them.
Small Surgery. Staff have been pleasant, helpful and polite.
Can be difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment and when you do the available times are sometimes a few days away. Also had this problem with our last Doctors prior to a home move so seems to be a generic NHS issue rather than this individual Surgery.

The doctor has unfairly removed me from his surgery because I made a complaint against them do not waste your time with this surgery or doctor he is a liar and not competent to do his role anything that is said against doctor or surgery and you get removed even if they are in the wrong. I am filling a complaint against this doctor to the chancellor or services If you have been unfairly treated in the care of this doctor please get in touch with me as I am compiling a list of failings by this GPS and they will be forwarded with my complaint. I am highly reliant on this surgery as I am disabled I was removed from the surgery with no prior notification or reasoning until I approached them myself after receiving a letter from the Nhs I can't even walk I am on morphine and I have been left to find myself a new GP.
If you value your health and your life please go elsewhere.Have never met someone so uninterested and unwilling to help or even listen.He couldn't pick you out of a line up due to zero eye contact or interest.
If there was lower than one star would choose a minus option. He really should retire and your health would be better cared for elsewhere as care isn't what her provides.
Receptionists are lovely he should take a lesson in how to communicate from them
I have just applied to another surgery for me and my family ! This place is shocking 37 times I called them I ended up having to book in at the walk in centre. When I tried booking in again they didn’t answer so I had to drive there to make an appointment then got told he only works Wednesday and Friday mornings joke .
Basically I have moved surgery from this place due to phones not being answered even when the surgery is empty. The patient care is very poor, the place is run down and freezing in cold weather due to the fact they won’t turn the heating up, just avoid if you care for your health.
Worst experience again today after advised by NHS 111 to attend GP for my little baby who were struggling to walk called GP for 1 hour not to be answered then attened the reception to get doctors appointment to be seen for just 2 minutes. What waste of public NHS money .
