Absolutely diabolical you go into order your prescription and they can’t get it right I am now all out my pain killers that they know I have every month also got told that the nhs app is good it’s down to the person who’s on it just gos to show the reception doesn’t know how to work her computer u
Being a patient at this surgery has had its ups and downs. However when I've been able to get an appointment they have always been very professional and courteous. However trying to get an appointment is none existent! The system dosent work! I've been at the surgery in person and I've seen people being turned away from reception even when the person has explained to the reception their situation.
Please sort this syrem out as it's not working.
This surgery is still a good surgery its just the bloody system that ain't working.
I've been trying to get help with fertility and other issues.
I come into contact with a lot of GP practises, unfortunately this used to be an outstanding surgery. When you eventually get to speak to their GPs they are very good at what they do. It’s just a shame the saying bitten off more than they can chew comes to mind. No availability for appointments ever, and trying to get any assistance is next to impossible.. every patient referred to walk in or ED… not sure they are aware those facilities are for emergency usage not primary or secondary care patients. Yes they are incredibly busy, but maybe a better clinical triage system could be advisable.
Langley Corner Surgey now have a new system whereby you complete a form between 08:00 and 08:30 to get an appointment that appointment could be for the same day the next day or in our case we were referred to a pharmacist and told we would be called within 24 hours it’s been over 24 hours. I have a poorly sick child at home who needs to be seen by a doctor and assessed yet they say go to the walk-in centre. What am I paying my taxes for why are the doctors there I don’t understand it’s a child who is ill needs to be seen by a doctor. This new system is not working.
I'm a carer for my other half. Cut a long story short i was asked to call in at 8.30 quite a few times actually. Then this morning I call in, wait in there que for ages to get a rude lady on the other end say go online at 8am. Glad my doctors are somewhere else tbh.

I have just moved to Ifield, and had been with my previous doctor for over 50 years. I am so pleased with the care I have received from both the staff and doctors, thank you very much.
Used to be a good GP- got worse after pandemic. No appointments available any time and no way to contact surgery via phone to book an appointment except for morning 8.30 which is extremely difficult for everyone especially with school going children.
What an absolute joke this place is! Now you have to fill in an online form at 8am - I did, you then get a text to say at capacity try again tomorrow! Not even a call to give some advice, been in agony with sinuses for 5 days, tried home remedies & over counter stuff - no help. Try again tomorrow! My Mother in Law tried 5 days straight to call as not tech savvy, every day ‘no appointments’ not once was she asked what was wrong just ‘Sorry, try again tomorrow’
