Tried calling from 9 am, first in the queue for over 30 minutes. I was not able to get hold of the receptionist.
Extremely long delays, receptionist are rude. If you have an appointment expect to wait an extra 45/90 mins minimum extra.
Doctor doesnt seem qualified couldnt answer any questions. If you want an appointment expect to wait weeks, this shoukd be closed down, avoid at all cost!
Extremely rude reception, very poorly managed. The receptionist Lakshmi is very rude. I am not sure why this practice ignores everyone complains. I do not expect this level of rudeness from a gp practice. It is completely unacceptable.
Reception is always helpful and friendly. The doctors are patient and provide telephone and in-person appointments. The wait times can be long during peak hours but the staff are efficient.
Have tried to call practice all morning but their automated service tells me that they are busy and to try again later! Not much help from Primary Care on a Monday morning .

Administration is a joke.
