Very impressed with this surgery, have always helped us in the two years we’ve lived here. They were quick to help us when my baby son was diagnosed with a peanut allergy, good postpartum care and the staff are nice.
I'll leave 3 stars for sue, who works in reception. It would have been -3 if u was reviewing the doctors, but sue always seems to know the best way to help.
I am leaving this review despite having transferred from this practice some three + years ago - it has later come to light, as a result of an application, that Dr. Joseph inaccurately recorded a consultation on my medical record which was both untrue and potentially damaging to my character. I recall on the four or five occasions I did visit Dr. Joseph always being asked "Do you have a job?" as being her immediate question after explaining why I came to see her. On all occasions I found Dr. Joseph to be quite arrogant and generally uninterested in my medical complaints - If you would like a GP that is capable of being professional, competent and empathetic then I suggest you consider joining another practice.
I really happy this surgery services. Receptionist and doctors are very supportive and helpful. I don't know why told every like this about doctor they really professional because I moved romford to grays and try every single surgery but didn't Good luckily find this surgery ,we are really happy first time pick my call . ????
The blond lady at reception should not be working front of house at the surgery. I walked in without reading the sign that said to press the buzzer....a mistake for which which I was genuinely sorry about. She scolded me to for which was fair enough( although she did it in a rude way), I apologised genuinely. She was rude, no smile, sour faced and rudely passed me what I asked for and obviously did not want to be there. Awful first experience of this surgery. Would hate to be greeted by that if I was feeling unwell! There are plenty of reviews on here pointing this out. Surely the surgery should do something about it
Awful.Doctor ignores problems, and appears "off with the fairies"! Lost my urine test on so many occasions, and I
ended up with sepsis. I also have cancer and need to feel safe with my primary care and confident. My only chance at this surgery is with a locum!
I have now changed doctors.
This doctor surgery has Improved so much I had a lovely lady doctor she was lovely ive just had a medication review and again was spoken to by a kind,caring doctor I am very happy
Called today to find out my blood test results.
The receptionist answered that everything was okay and there is no need further treatment.
I wanted to know exactly my results and that person was very unhelpful and rude to me !!!
When i wanted to ask something else she put the phone down.
If that is how all patients are treated I am not wonder why their rating is so low.
I will definitely think about changing my local GP as this is unacceptable.
