Most miserable clinic ever I have been seeing. They just look at you as a trash. They don't bother to help you with nothing. They disrespect my 4 month old baby. ???? I am so disgusting of what it is happening on that institution. Must be closed long time ago for non valide services. While my baby has fever 107 ,one of the stuff she booked me 5 days later for consultation, I told her my baby his just 2 month's old. Trash clinic.
Absolutely had bad experience today,been calling since early morning 8am ,making me use online service which was waist of time ,then tried calling back kept saying your the first in cue.mr Singh sort your staff out,om just editing my review, iv been calling for 2 weeks and also been to the surgery they haven't yet given me an appointment, the staff are worst of the worst no manners what so ever just hang up the phone like they own the surgery worst then zio
Firstly a 1 star is still extremely generous , this Gp gives one of the worst services .
To begin with the phone line is blood boiling .
Throughout the time frame of 5 hours I have called over 20 times to receive user busy and then waiting 30 minuets where my call was “apparently “ first in line where then it was purposely cut 3 times until the 4th time ...
Going on to the disgusting receptionist. She is rude and very aggressive and does not allow you to speak at all and needs to be replaced, and just before I could get a word in SHE cut the call on me . I was absolutely fuming . I called back to confront her where she obviously denied it and tried to blame it on me . Then when I finally managed to get a word in I was FINALLY able get an appointment as my case was extremely severe however this has happened on many occasions where appointments are not available and the likelihood of getting one is unbelievably low . It is one of the rudest and most unwelcoming of surgeries for me to visit . I would NEVER recommend it . It’s a miracle if you can get an appointment or even a word in . My rating would be -100/10 and that still is quite generous.
Just awful. Don’t register. I am supposed to have injections which they administer. They did 3 and didn’t book follow up appointment and it’s been 2 months. Requested access to my files and after 5 months of waiting, they say “there is no requests have been made” I filled out the forms and everything but they somehow have no clue what has happened. Stay away from this practice, you will either end up in prison or hospital.
With this many reviews, I am legit surprised that they are still open

Absolutely disgusting behavior.
- Calls are not answered been put on held coutless times waiting upto an half an hour, how are patients meant to call for Appointments.
- Arranged for over the phone consultation was told the doctor will only call once received a call for a one second and call ended.. called back and the surgery is now closed seems as someone done that 1 second call and ended it on purpose to avoid that appointment.
Excellent and immaculate care provided which is very near to our home. Until date we haven’t faced any challenge getting an appointment with Doctors.
Caring and compassionate is what we noticed when we meet them. I would like to stress about Dr Parvathy Nair, who goes beyond her service and take extra care and attention for our well being. To be honest, she is Gem in this GP who listens, advice what’s next and keep track if things are going right. She goes that extra mile which make smile in our face.
We had good and bad times with our health and Dr Nair timely intervention had saved us several times.
This GP is one which is very near to our house and often save us time going to King George or Queens. It’s a real blessing to have this GP @ Ilford so that for non emergency, we can rely this GP for an appointment.

I came here to fit the blood pressure machine. The gentleman who fitted it was very rude. He told me to return the machine between 07:00 to 07:30 and would not fit the machine unless I verbally agree. I came to the practise at 07:15 and the practise does not open until 08:00. How vindictive of this person to do this. So beware of this advice when you get a BP machine fitted.
The Doctors are perfect but the some of the Receptionist need to learn to speak to a patient. I just called regarding a medication and the Receptionist did not give me a opportunity to speak until I said to her "give me a chance to speak".
