As a longtime patient of this dental clinic, I've always been satisfied with the service until my recent visit with the new dentist. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I was taken aback by the rudeness of the dentist that I’ve never met before, and felt uncomfortable when I was asking question as he seemed annoyed and impatient, during my appointment for a filling. It's disappointing that my trust in the clinic has been ruined due to this negative experience.
A no-frills dental practice - staff are warm yet professional, the place is well run and the treatment rooms are simple and clean.
Very difficult to find an NHS dental practice these days who can offer appointments within 10 days too. A gem in the Charlton/Greenwich area.
I have been treated there for a filling and was left appealed by the attitude of one of the dentists (not Dr H Kelay). As a paying NHS patient I felt like a second class citizen. My request for appointment time and treatment options have been dismissed by the dentist with comment that I am behaving like a private patient while being only an NHS one. Will never return there and have never experienced such a rude, uncaring attitude by any dentists in Woolwich. The receptionist and the dental nurse were nice and helpful though. Avoid if you are NHS patient -you won't feel welcomed there.
I have been going to this dentist for many years for routine check ups and cleaning. Always friendly and professional. They have never suggested I needed any treatment however at a wedding a friend mentioned how many silver filling I have (from my childhood). I asked my dentist if it was possible to change them to white, he said it was but wouldn’t recommend to as there was nothing wrong with them and the white ones might be more sensitive. I insisted and he reluctantly changed them. He did such a wonderful job, it was pain free and easy and a year on I have had no problems at all. It wasn’t cheap but I am very pleased with how they look now and well worth it.

I have been using this dentist for a few years now. I first went there after I had been messed around by my previous dentist when they tried to over charge me for NHS treatments. No such problems here. Rita is my dentist and I was impressed with her from the start. She has expert knowledge and the way she patiently explains everything shows she is extremely conscientious and you can tell she takes her job very seriously. I never feel any pain, and have never had meany problems with the treatments I received. The fees are clearly explained and very fair.
I went for a check up and a second opinion on work i's had overseas.I was delighted with the level of care and attention he took over my request. Very gentle and sensitive. The surgery environment is simple but very good and clear at what they do. It's actually nice to know you are not paying for their decor - just the work!
Always had very cheerful and excellent staff. Always had excellent dental surgery and good customer service. I would recommend this dental practice, as its is clean, relaxing and has a great atmosphere. ???? if I could give more than 5 ****** I would well done Team. ????
Went here after I had a filling fall out and I was really impressed by Dr Carters service and care. Quick and pain free - my treatment and options were explained before any work was done. I felt well informed, in safe hands and am happy to recommend .
