The receptionist and Doctors are great ! Never feel rushed by the doctors when essential. Whilst the receptionist adhere by code of practice which is for the benefit of all the patients they are flexible and go the extra mile to help . Well done all as it isn’t an easy job to keep the volume of patience you have happy- the service from the pharmacy next door and the partnership to assist with prescription is a life saver - thank you all - Mrs Brennan
The receptionists are very rude and also the lady who sits in the back of receptionists.
They are sitting there to argue with you but not helping which is their job.
PLEASE REGISTER YOURSELF WITH OTHER GPs NOT HERE WHICH YOU REGRET.
Doctors are nice specially Mr Gupta but what is the point when you can't get through these RUDE ladies.
No matter when I call no matter how many times their phone is always miraculously always busy. I'm just trying to get my NHS number so I can go somewhere else cause this GP is the absolute worst thing to ever exist
My family and I are registered with the Westway Surgery since 2002. All the staff and Drs are very kind and helpful. We've never been let down and would like to thank everybody in the surgery . Keep up with the good work ☺
The Drs here are great! I have been registered here for a while and had no issue Ka like this with any other staff... However an employee named GEMMA who works at front desk seems to enjoy telling me EVERY SINGLE DAY call Bk tomoro morning, when I do so she tells me the same thing. Very unprofessional bad for the service and annoying for me as I still need to book an appointment
Worst service, ever. I've been in the UK for 5 yrs, paying taxes just to be told that I'm not registered anymore so I can't see the doctor only after I register again. Why do I have to do that? Aren't our life's busy enough?
Some receptinists are incompetent and rude. One of them refused to give me maternity certificate ...Just because of the receptionists I will change the surgry.
They never answer the phone. And then it's impossible to make appointments because there is no modern internet based appointments system
