This surgery is unbelievable, been waiting to be referred for physiotherapist for over 5 months, today i received a letter, saying, i have not done this yet, how would i make a appointment without a reference number.
this is not the first time this surgery has been careless and incompetent, similar issue was raised in the past 2016, when i have to get a little surgery done on a mole on my knee, they cancelled the whole damm thing, still waiting for something to happen.
Dreadful receptionist and surgery. On at least two occasions my prescription has not been sent over to the pharmacy. The pharmacy said it hadn't been sent and the gp said it had so I was going back and forth trying to get this sorted out. The receptionist then decided to ask if I was sure that if taken all my tablets and not forgotten about some or misplaced them in the most condescending and rude manner. It was only when I asked for the complaints procedure that they actually agreed to do anything about the issue that was clearly their fault! Going to move forward with the complaint.

Dr samuel Bhasme is a brilliant doctor to all his patients, My family members have been a patient to him for many years. He has looked after all my family hes the best doctor ever.
I have been at this surgery for 46yrs, moved home several times and never changed doctors, now when I'm waiting on results ,i was told by the extremely rude reception staff that I'm no longer on there books, and told dr bhasme retired weeks ago, the thing is my daughter saw him 2 days previous. So not only are they rude, they lie too. Avoid
I have been trying to sign up to this surgery for some months. The receptionists told me that there were vacant spaces for new patients but they didn't have any registration forms. Every week I would either come in in person or call to ask if they had the forms. They would either tell me that 'someone might order the forms soon' or that the 'forms had been ordered and will be a couple of weeks' or just that 'there are no forms and the person who orders the forms is on holiday'. They have known that there are no forms for a couple of months. If it's this hard just to get a form, I dread to think how inefficient the reception is in general. I wanted to sign up to this surgery because I had been told the doctor is good, but the reception is so bad I have joined another surgery.
I have nothing but respect for the work of Doctor Bhasme who's care of me and my family has been nothing short of professional and compassionate. For sure from time to time there is some difficulty to manage the interface with the reception team, but if you respect the system then I have never found access to the Doctor to be blocked.
Doctor is an absolute joke, told me that because something was too expensive I would be sent for it. Money shouldn't factor when it comes to a life. He has also repeatedly laughed at me when I tell him something which is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Also the receptionists sit in their own little self absorbed world and talk about patients and other people (loudly) without any consideration to protecting patients info.
Very good doctor,in 20y. time I personaly didn’t have any problems with him. Our family can trust him 100% Just a shame he’s not working full time anymore so we been refered to new gp.
