I tried booking an appointment last week via the phone but couldn't because the phone line was always busy each time i called, today Monday 22/4/24 i decided to go to the surgery by 8am to see if i can book an appointment, the receptionist talked to me rudely instead of explaining calmly how the procedure is done, i felt bad and went home. Will change surgery, i can't stand rude individuals.
Dr Nabi and his colleagues are very helpful in calling quickly with considered advice. Booking a call or appointment is usually quite straightforward. Reception staff have generally always been good in helping.
Worst surgery ever, receptionists here don’t communicate with the doctor, perception going missing. I found them rather racist. I am Asian and my husband black Carribean. We were left for 90 minutes waiting until I finally approached them for an update. I found them very rude. I have recommended my parents to change doctors.
The worst surgery ever. Such non- professional staff. Not trained for anything. Receptionist thinks she is a GP herself. Rude and arrogant she is. I wonder why there is no check and balance. Why are we paying taxes if not getting the basic services. This surgery should be closed down ????????????????????????????????????????

Phoned the reception with an enquiry and the receptionist is so rude and hang up the call even before i finish speaking, I had to wait for 1hr in the line to get my call answer and she just hang up. Had similar experience earlier, In the online it shows they are currently accepting new patients, i submitted the joining form but didn't hear back for a month, so i phoned the reception to find the status and the answer i got is try somewhere else, why can't they just let us before hand, we should have tried another GP, waste of time, worst service i had even seen in all these years
If I could give 0 stars I really would, the doctors are not the issue here but the receptionist with no decorum and compassion, how can you as a receptionist of a general practitioner be so rude and disrespectful? She really gives off the impression that she does not want to be there or do her job, this attitude may work in other sectors but in the healthcare sector when people are vulnerable and in pain, this is the worst thing you can possibly do. Calling for hours without a queue on the phone and them cutting the call purposely, then once you finally get through, you are met with the worlds most disrespectful, unwilling, negative and rude person. Please, for the sake of the patients, the attitude of the receptionist and the appointment procedures need urgent change, the old woman needs to go or to receive some sort of training. Also, when will face to face appointments be reintroduced? Lastly, if you respect yourself and your family, DO NOT GO TO THIS GP OR REGISTER UNTIL THERE IS SIGNIFICANT CHANGE.
Rude and abrupt staff! Rang them for General enquiry at 17:00pm before even listening to what I had to say, she replies ‘we don’t have any appointments’. Horrible staff no telephone manners at all and no attention to patients enquiry.
