Went there on Thursday, it's the doverdale arms not a Chinese, we had a carvery. It was the best deal at 5.00 the meal was great. Will be going again, staff were really friendly and always smiling. And the chef Adam was fantastic

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shocking attitude and service. Told 1 and half hours, as if this isn’t bad enough, we called to chase after we hadn’t received our food after nearly 2 hours and were rudely told it would be another 20 minutes....maybe. When we asked if we would be compensated she told us if we didn’t want it, we could cancel the order. Honestly, an absolute disgrace and, as regular customers, they have lost our business forever, along with our friends and neighbours. Businesses that treat customers like this do not deserve to still be trading. To make matters worse, food was dry, insipid and cold when it arrived. Awful service and food.
Terrible service, sent wrong dish, the lady on the phone had a terrible attitude saying that is what we ordered when we asked for sweet and sour chicken balls, this is more like chicken strips and gravy and smells like dog food. The lady on the phone said fine dont want it, it will be picked up...i just hope they arnt re serving this food to someone else once collected....
Dont use this place i read the reviews and people was saying how good this place was an so i tried it out wen it got here my parter found loads of hair in the boiled rice and my 6 year old was eating and also found some in his food to shocking and very unhappy
Is not the Doverdale Kitchen anymore is Panda, they have not been at the Doverdale for 3 year!!!
