Food is not up to the mark and there competitions are far better than them.
Before their doner was bigger but not they have cut all the portions I don’t know why meat quantity is very less.
Bread was good before and now you can also see the bread
But really dissatisfied with the food.
Tasty but too salty, couldn’t eat all of the kebab meat as a result. Cheesy chips were lively. All tastes fresh, but salt needs to be reduced.
We ordered 2 grand wrap and waffle fries and it’s 3 people who process this 2 order but what is unacceptable is the guy who is sweeping went inside to finish the wrapping of our our wrap without washing his hands and then when we went home and unwrapped the food it’s not properly made and there is hair on it. I immediately loose my appetite I did not eat the whole day and this is what I will get after paying 7£ wrap. Very unacceptable.
After being a regular customer of Döner & Gyros for some time, I must say, the recent experiences have been disappointing. The quality and consistency have taken a nosedive. During my last visit, I ordered the mixed Doner, only to find the chicken tasted off, resulting in an upset stomach the following day. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I returned for a Berlin Doner, but alas, the stomach upset persisted. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the reluctance of the staff (young female) to provide sauces, which were previously readily available and was already in the bag with my order, was disheartening. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in both food quality and customer service.
Delicious doners & gyros, wonderful service and a very nice ambiance, topped with reasonable prices. There is something for everyone in this place. Meat served is Halal & you have choices from beef, chicken, shrimp & falafel that comes with a variety of salads, fries & rice. ???? ????

Noticed Doner & Gyros while passing by. The interior looks modern and great to attract customers.
As we were ordering our food, we noticed a unhappy customer leaving his food after a few bites, and walking out the takeway shouting out the food taste disgusting. We walked over to look at his food as, to why he wasn't happy and noticed he had ordered the berlin beef doner meal - The doner looked dry and not appetising ( Shown in picture). We continued with placing our order despite the drama. We ordered the chicken wrap and Berlin chicken doner.
Unfortunately the food taste nothing but salty and bland! There was hardly much chicken in the bun, the bun was stuffed with salad. We ended up disposing the food after a few bites, it didn't taste good at all! It was a waste of food and money. The food was a straight road to high cholesterol and high salt intake. We felt like little kids forced to eat something we didn't like, trying not to waste it. We tried and it wasn't for us.
I've taste food from German doner kebab, and other kebab takeaways that taste delicious! Unfortunately Doner and Gyros isn't for us. We wish the business all the best.
It was a very tasty meal however its a shame they didnt add more vegetables to the options, service is good definitely recommend! The time we had to wait for our food was only 10 minutes which is quite quick!
Don't waste your time trying this place... the one time I managed to eat here the kebab was acceptable, however most times I've been met with someone barely speaking English who has eventually managed to convey they are taking orders for takeaway only, even well before 10pm... do yourself a favour and go somewhere like gdk
