I just picked up a coffee from here and thought I'd leave a review as the coffee was excellent, and I received friendly service from the batista. Not sure of the source of the negative reviews, but my experience was positive.
I would like praise the two lovely young ladies I just bought a coffee from. They were both extremely helpful ,cheerful and lovely to talk to. One young lady was from India and the other young lady from Somalia Wonderful customer service. Well done !
Ordered a cinnamon bun - was given the most burnt one and it was dry and stale, and didn’t taste at all like a cinnamon bun, just stale sugary cardboardy bread. For £4.25 I would expect better quality..
Terrible coffee. And at soho roasterie prices - £3.80 for a small latte!! Bitter thin and with boiling hot scalded milk. I asked the man who had no clue what he was doing, to remake it and tried to coach him through it but it didn’t work and I couldn’t drink the second coffee either. Please get him a barista lesson.
I damned love grabbing a quick hot chocolate and cupcake from here every time I pass through Vauxhall station.
Just stopped off at Digby's for a lovely and delicious vegan sausage roll. Just what the doctor ordered. Even better was the amazing service from Naomi who was the utmost professional and super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you Naomi!
Slightly scammy, they do not show prices and then charge a lot. My tiny sausage roll cost £7.

The cinnamon swirl i bought for £4 (how much???) was cold and hard. Definitely yesterday’s batch. Disgrace.
