After seeing the reviews ! I can fully understand that you have 1 employee who is shockingly RUDE ! I WAS HYPO so needed to eat something quick and obviously sweet
The rude lady made me wait until she finished serving the customer
Those precious minutes were very important as my Blood Suger was 2.3 very low
She was very rude and I assumed after me going back to explain the
importance it was to give sugar fast ! But she said her Mother was a Diabetic. I asked Insulin or Tablets ?
She said don't ask personal questions ! I left to never go back to the establishment again !
Such a shame you had that 1 lady who was so RUDE to me I shall never go back

Simply amazing bakery! I have been coming to this bakery since I was a boy with my mum and gran. The cakes, bread and cookies taste and look exactly the same now.
Now my children also enjoy going!
cash only! ridiculous these days, very rude to my mum who only had a £20 note, if you're going to be cash only, have enough cash to spare for a £20 note!
We regularly grab some rolls here when working in the area. Always happy to make what we like but today a different person on the counter. Quite abruptly told me they don't make rolls to order. Only what you see!!! ( she came across rude) She didn't look happy behind the counter. Oh OK I'll start going somewhere else then. She just shrugged her shoulders.

Started trying out a few local bakeries a few weeks ago… not been anywhere else since discovering Diana’s! Well worth the trip from Alderney to Broadstone a couple of times a week. The bread is the best around and reasonably priced. Would be great if there was a card payment option but still worth five stars!
Delicious bread, inexpensively priced. Also good quiches made to order, lovely cakes, filled rolls etc. I've used this bakers' shop at least 15 years and never disappointed. Clean, fast service and lovely shop assistants.
Cakes and bread are to die for. I particularly like the Belgian buns.
