Definitely NOT AT ALL SERVICE. Short lady with dark hair, in Deva Pharmacy is not customer friendly. Asked for rubbing alcohol she said not in stock, she didn't show any interest in trying to get it from their supplier. Unfriendly service, and their shelves are empty. I hope Devs Pharmacy will change supplier, as your stock is drying off by the look of empty shelves. Please improve your customer service ASAP.
If I could give this chemist less than 1 star, I would.
Absolutely have no regard to people needing their prescriptions on time, especially when it comes to mental health prescriptions. Mine was literally refused to be given due to the chemists incompetence.
Have been here before and they never seem to ‘have my prescription’ on their system even though they repeatedly spell my name wrong and / or just don’t listen to my personal details.
I wasn’t the only person in there who was struggling to get their prescriptions, three other people were also suffering from ‘lost’ prescriptions even though we all knew they were sent there.
Absolutely shocking and genuinely don’t know how this place is still open.
I was feeling really bad due to cold/flu, I did the titanic effort to go there to ask for soemthing strong and after lots of questions from someone who had absolute no clue about medicine I was given something. When I arrived home i realised it was an herbs syrope.
Changed to this pharmacy after moving to the area to pickup my regular medication, but switched to a different one after a couple of months. By the time I came to pickup my prescription, they had normally given half the contents away to someone else, leaving me high and dry. They're normally very unapologetic about this, normally saying, "that's just the how the system works". Moved to Clockwork on Mare Street who are much better and more reliable.
Not reliable. Every time that I went to pick up my prescription they had given away half of my items. I changed chemist
Awful! Never has medication and when it does, staff only give half of the prescription. Can never resolve issues over the phone because the staff put you on hold and leave you waiting so you hang up! This is an extremely dangerous pharmacy and people lives are at risk from their unprofessionalism. Extremely poor communication between the nearby GP surgery and this pharmacy - the GP practice sends the prescriptions over but Dev's can never find it! Ought to be closed down. Staff are rude and have clearly lost interest (and compassion) for their jobs! Utterly useless pharmacy!
This place was listed on the nhs website as one of the few pharmacies open in Hackney on Bank Holiday Monday.
So I’m guessing they’re getting paid by the nhs to be open. I’d expect better service and more helpful staff for that.
When I rang to check if they were open, whoever answered the phone sounded like they couldn’t even be bothered, and the same went for the lady who served me when I was there. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock and she gave no advice as to what the alternatives could be. Very surly in manner.
I’ve been to hospital twice with a sick child this weekend and I’d expect a chemist to care about what they do.
I’d go anywhere else but here.
Worst chemist I’ve ever been to, so bad that even though it’s only across the road from me and I have to pick up daily I’ve changed to a chemist about 1.2 miles further away
