said it was coming at 9:15 and then didn't turn up till 10:40, rang the doorbell when people was in bed, the lights were off and curtains closed so it was clear that we had gone to bed. when we said "its a bit late now isn't it" they didn't even apologize, shrugged their shoulders and ran back to their car. still not had an apology for awful service. tried ringing them and cancelling the order on uber eats however it wouldn't let me and they didn't answer after I rang 3 times. would not recommend.
Absolutely disgusted at the service and quality. Waited for 2hrs, desserts were ice cold ( was supposed to be a waffle and cookie dough). The cookie dough was like a biscuit and the waffle was disgusting. I only orderes because the time was showing low and it is close to my house. Called them 5 times and was assured that i would get a call back. I was told the driver was on the way and he sure arrived 2hrs later.
I know these guys also own Desi Down Town so the desserts were probably coming from there.
Also DO NOT order via UBER Eats they are cheating the system.
Order 35 mins late, both numbers never answered and gelato as advertised was missing from.both waffles. What we received was 2 small waffles with topping for £8 each incredibly overpriced as we didn't get what was advertised, unfortunately wouldn't go again
Milkshake was okay , no real issues
This place trades as 'Kimberley Desserts' on ubereats and there is a good reason there are no reviews displayed on the app. Awful. Order took 1hr45 mins to arrive, all food was cold. 1 item was missing. All other food items were wrong. Special instructions for no sauce or cream ignored. Waffles given instead of crepes. Chocolate brownie waffle given, but they don't even have chocolate brownie waffle on the menu.
The only correct thing on this order was a can of fanta.
I don't even want to put one star!
Ordered food through UberEats at 8:30pm, upon initially writing this review it was 10:20pm and still no delivery.
No updates on the app and nobody is answering the phone either!!
Shocking service, won't be ordering from here again.

No order received, it's now 11:10pm and the restaurant is apparently closed. No updates, nobody answered messages or the phone. Absolutely pathetic.
They're quick enough to take your money but then just ignore you all night and provide no updates on your order.

DO NOT ORDER - So it is currently 9.22 I was suppose to receive my delivery at 8.20 and still nothing, I'm so annoyed I didn't see the reviews before placing an order! They're so crafty changing the name!! So they've taken my money and I'm not hopeful to actually get anything. Did anyone actually get a refund? I'll just go down tomorrow and get one in person. How is this place not been closed down?

Only ordered two things and they couldn’t even get that right. Ordered crepes got waffles.son wasn’t happy. Ordered a can of coke. No can of coke. Ordered cookie dough, suppose that was ok quite greasy and abit hard around the edges. Tried phoning no answer phone just keeps ringing and ringing. Will not be ordering from here again
