Great experience at Derby MOT Centre this morning.
The team were very welcoming and ready to start at my agreed appointment time. After a quick look at the workshop (that includes some of the latest testing equipment available) I was shown to the waiting area which has CCTV video links to enable you to monitor the progress of your vehicle. The test was completed on time and the details entered on the MOT Certificate were fully explained.

I visited this centre for the first time today for an MOT. I was warmly welcomed and attended to.
They booked me in for an MOT on the same day. I left my car with them and the MOT was conducted. I was texted on my phone to return and pick up my car once the MOT had been completed.
Great service that made the process so straightforward. Would use them again and would recommend. Thank you to all staff.
PS: Reception area was nice and had complementary water and sweets.

Used them for two years now for MOT and I can say it's the best place I've used in Derby. They have given me appointments on short notice with no problems, always eager to help out. During winter last year I've managed to drain my battery completely and since I lived close by I asked if they could help me out. They took my car in and gave it a charge using their own cables and were super helpful. They care for their customers and I would recommend them to anyone.
Took my van for an MOT and found this garage to be very welcoming & professional - great premises, clean and offer drinks/snacks while you wait, heated waiting room, clean toilets. Very nice staff. Will be coming back.
Very good customer service, clean environment and reception also water bottles available while you wait. Prompt with the MOT appointments. Good experience. I recommend DMC.

Really helpful and professional. Booked me the next day for my MOT. Showed me the fault with my car for reassurance before fixing it. Fixed my car on the same day at a good price. Friendly and excellent customer service. I will definitely come to this garage for any of my car issues and future MOT’s!
