My daughter had her braces fitted at this orthodontists about 10 yrs ago. She had a back brace fitted which broke this last week.
We thought the clinic would take a look to ? remove the brace which was causing her a lot of pain.
Well we were wrong they didn’t want to know how sad is that
Luckily she has managed to get an urgent appointment elsewhere
Who are more understanding of the immense pain she is suffering.
My daughter has just come to the end of her 'braces' treatment. Her teeth look amazing! We expected a 2 year timescale, but she was done in just over 12 months. All the staff there have been really helpful and informative. But a special thank you to Kelly who went over and above to help my daughter who was very anxious about her visits. She always explained what she was doing and what to expect...she put her at ease.
Thank you again for fixing her lovely smile. Would highly recommend.
I've just come to the end of my braces journey with Total Orthodontics. My treatment has been amazing! During every appointment the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was always welcoming. The staff were always smiling even when I went in for 6pm appointments. I always felt informed on how my treatment was going, but also felt comfortable enough in the environment to ask any questions that I had. If you're wanting to get braces, I would definitely recommend Total Orthodontics! 10/10!

When I started out my brace journey at 16, I was a really nervous patient and struggled with anxiety. But Total Orthodontics have made my experience so easy, and have been there to support me the whole way. They have always been understanding with any problems I've had and have always made me feel so comfortable.

My daughter has just had her braces off and the whole experience for her has been amazing. The staff have been great through it all everything was explained clearly so we knew what was happening throughout the whole experience. We always felt comfortable enough to ask questions as well.

My appointments are always great, with very friendly staff that are always willing to answer any question that I have regarding my braces. They are also very flexible when it comes to booking my next appointments and always ensure that the date and time of it suits me. Highly recommend ????

Having had fixed braces (for only 1 year!) I couldn’t be happier with the results, I feel so confident with my smile now.
I gave a challenge of needing my teeth straightened within a year as I need to travel with work.
Total Orthodontics made this possible by making all of my appointments more frequently, making sure I was happy with each stage of the process at all times.
Each and every one of the girls there are lovely, welcoming, positive and bubbly, I really don’t think I would have found this anywhere else.
I can tell they love what they do, they are all a credit to the practise.
