Delhi Delicious is such a great new addition to the restaurant options in Puerto del Carmen. The food is amazing - tasty, gorgeously spicy - the staff so friendly and welcoming. And the decor is elegant, wine very reasonable. My sister and I loved our first visit, and will definitely be back before our holiday runs out! Brilliantly they do small portions of some main courses, so you can have a 'Delicious' Punjabi tapa experience.
Amazing!! Excellent all round! Absolutely delicious and ten times better than another nearby curry house offering set meals at £11.95 each. Lovely friendly staff too. Shared a garlic naan, pilau rice, chicken madras and sag alloo side (best we’ve ever had - anywhere!) - 100% recommend! Xxx
A real hidden gem. The service is great, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is terrible ????. We sat under the street lights by the road, with all the noise pollution and light pollution and actual pollution you'd expect. What a terrible location for a fantastic restaurant. Real Indian fare, well seasoned, fresh, exciting, rich and delicious. Curry flex: I ordered a phal - just about made it!
By far the best meal we had all week in Puerto del Carmen. The menu has all the classic British-Indian dishes you'd expect but their vegetarian/vegan list is outstanding. If you're a veggie, run, don't walk, here.
I had Punjabi Aloo and my wife had Prawn Rogan Josh. The food took a little while to arrive but I'm guessing that's because both dishes seemed cooked from scratch.
And both were absolutely gorgeous. Jam-packed with deep flavours, mopped up perfectly with great naan.
Portion size was exactly what you want in a hot location so we didn't leave feeling bloated.
Whilst it's not cheap, I'm always happy to pay more for quality food made well.
The service throughout was very attentive and friendly and I hope they have great success.
