I went in today to see if I could get a non dairy latte (allergic to lactose). I went in and asked if they had any non dairy milk, all I got, without even being looked at was "no". I then dare not ask if they had any gluten free cake (am coeliac). So I just left. It takes nothing to be polite, especially if you're a customer serving business!!!
Brilliant bakery visited dingwall first a couple of times then by happy coincidence noticed one in Muir of Ord , happy days ! Bought sandwiches, macaroni pies and macaroon fancy pieces all fab very reasonably priced and staff lovely . Took a seeded loaf home and it is also delicious ????
Great pies, we had sausage roll, steak pie, chcien and haggis pie and one more I can't remember the name, all of them were perfect.Highly recommended.

A place were you sit in to have teas and coffees should have a toilet for customers to use,there obviously is a toilet there for staff,but not for customers this is not right.
