Been going to Adies for the last 20 years originally with my company vehicles and now as a retiree.

Brilliant service and the use of a loan vehicle whilst mine is in for service.

I bought a motorbike from the owners of Deanfield MOT centre but unfortunately the whole experience was full of problems.

I was told the bike was in perfect working order and had just been checked over and serviced locally, so i travelled the 150 miles to collect the bike.

On my arrival i found the bike wasn't working properly but after and hour we managed to find the fault as it was just a loose throttle cable luckily enough. i was a bit annoyed as i would of thought they would of tested the bike before my arrival and made sure it was all fine as the fault was very obvious as soon as i started the bike.

I then drove the bike home and found several faults, cruise control not working, brake reservoir leaking and the sat nav not charging, not happy for a 2014 bike which cost me nearly 9 grand!

I have tried numerous time to phone and text over the last 3 weeks with no answer, i have asked the receptionist for them to phone me back but no joy.

I finally got a phone call and then a text a week later from the owners son, he promised me that they would sort the problem. I have still to hear back 2 weeks later after i have tried a load more calls and texts.

Overall i am very disappointed with the service from these guys, seemed very friendly and helpful when i was in their company but i felt as soon as they got my money they couldn't get rid of me soon enough with poor after sales full of empty promises and poor / no communication.

Only shining light was a chap called George who rented a space at their MOT centre for car sales, he helped me as much as he could and tried his hardest to help.

Mot is a worry and Steve and,aidy were brilliant. Steve explained things and adjusted and even fit a bulb to help it pass.highly recommended. Definitely returning with other family cars.

Great experience. Telephoned to arrange MOT. Vehicle booked in next day. MOT completed without any problems. They telephoned to say when vehicle ready to collect. Helpful and friendly staff.
