This was my dentist for my whole life before they chose to go private last year. Treatment went from £20 per checkout to £240 per year which is obscene.
The letter sent by management to communicate this was disgusting and tried to frame this as a great thing that I should be excited about!
There was absolutely no apology for striking off 2/3 of their patients and jacking up prices by 6x per year. Horrible company.
Robbing us of close to £3k
Not completed Invisalign and wee have tried to sort this since November 2023
Won’t reply to emails
Receptionists tell us they have passed on messages but the owners or managers won’t respond

Had our money but we have not had the finished product and now due to their manner everything has gone backwards , which I warned them it would but they chose to ignore it!
Had a visit today with the hygienist, was made to feel very welcome and put at ease, treatment was perfect and I felt comfortable. Was given really good advice following my treatment. Big thanks to Sean and Emma.
Also thanks to my dentist Kush who is always really kind and patient when I visit for a checkup and explains everything very patiently.

I do miss the text reminder from the practice to book my appointments but now I have booked in advance so I don't forget!
Having been a patient for many years, I'm disappointed by their new found money driven principles. Changed to private practice half way through NHS treatment, have now been told I can't pay 'as you go' at the private prices to finish off the dental work I need, the only option is the membership. I had a sales rep trying to sell me the plan on one of my appointments. Steer clear, customer care is not a priority. Money is.
my son has travelled from out of the area we live in to be seen by an orthodontist at decon dental first appointment fine all staff seemed lovely, then second trip- he went all the way there to be told they have lost their nhs contract no phone call before hand, I'm currently trying to get through as my daughter has also waited 3 years for orthodontist appointment and they have not called to say it has been cancelled due to losing the contract! I've been trying to contact them for weeks but no one has ever answered the phone to me, 40 calls later today, it finally started ringing! thought i had got through but only for them to put the phone down on me! I won't be travelling to widnes to be told appointment has been cancelled! Joke of a place!

Totally unprofessional reception. Turned up for an appointment booked 3 months ago to be told it has been cancelled. No warning, but did get a letter last month saying I can take out their private plan!! Now taken off their list because we have exceeded 6 months since last appointment. Very annoyed, if they had said earlier that appointment cancelled it would have given us more time to search for another practice.
The Dentistry I had in the last 12 yrs was good to mixed tbh... 2 crowns failed within a year,but the appointments systems were awful.5 appointments in the last 2 yrs were not honoured - 2 cancelled at the last minute & 3 I turned up to, to be told I wasn't booked in for them,despite me having been given a printout proving it when I was booked in. My elderly mother had private treatment there & the service was sub par,also with appointments booked in & very poor after care. I was to have Private Dental Implants but changed my mind after my last appointment was cancelled(after waiting two months).
I'm told now that they're going fully private & I'm going elsewhere in future,whether private or not. Booking in of patients in particular was just appalling,whether private or NHS.
