I have been with this pharmacy ever since it opened it doors. I have had a great experience all the staff have been brilliant couldn't do enough for you. Until recently. Ever since they've had this new woman manager it's gone down the pan. They have lost my prescription three times now. Each time I've had to wait 20 to 30 mins until they comb the shop for it. The hygiene is disgusting and I have attempted to bring the matter up with the manager and the response I got was "Well if you don't like it take your prescription somewhere else in the future. It was disappointing for a woman half my age couldn't be respectful to a loyal customer.
Day and night pharmacy macklin Road, have gone all out to do their best for customers like myself. I get a weekly delivery due to health complex issues. They are open just when you need them providing a great service to the nearby community. I've only been disappointed once, when a drive said he had delivered, but really hadn't. But all in all best I've I've been with.. Keep up the great work and support.
Fantastic. The Pharmacy within my Drs surgery shuts at lunch-times, closes at 1830 hrs in the week, and does not open at all at weekends. DayNight Pharmacy (Macklin Street) has brilliant opening hours, and great staff. I changed this to be my nominated pharmacy 18 months ago, and do not regret doing so.
I have been prescribed a course of steroid tablets and 2 lots of antibiotics for a chest infection. I rang Macklin St pharmacy in the morning and in the evening twice but still have not had
them delivered as requested.
My GP had assessed me over the phone as I was not well enough to attend the surgery.
I should not have to walk to get them.
Brilliant Pharmacy staff!! Super customer service! nothing is ever too much trouble for these wonderful people, they have been an absolute life savers for myself, my family and the friends i know, the staff are friendly, polite and professional, this is the best pharmacy in derby I would thoroughly recommend daynight pharmacy to anyone. I am someone who suffers with a several a long-term illness and I have to say of all the pharmacy's in derby and my local area day & night on Macklin street beat them all without a doubt!! Keep up the good work.
Beyond poor service, in fact incredibly rude. When I shared my experience with friends seems that it's quite a common experience with this pharmacy - lots of people have left. Shame as it's so convenient - sadly this fact seems to provide an excuse for the "manager" to talk to people however he feels - hit and miss service I'd learned to settle for but a recent display of total disrespect from their staff, including suggesting I need to come and collect the medication and wouldn't deliver, in spite of me telling them I'd tested positive for covid, and I've voted with my feet along with many others - appalling, shambolic, rude.
For the past 6 months I’ve had my prescription on automatic repeat,no end to phone calls back and forth from surgery to this pharmacy sorting my tablet out.I shouldn’t have this problem.Twice on two separate occasions for a different months worth of tablets,it’s only when I’ve said I’ll come to your pharmacy and I’ll ring my surgery and you speak to them on my phone,they miraculously found my tablets in a draw,ridiculous!! So they had them all along!!!what is that about???,now I’ve opted for using there app,except I should have expected this shouldn’t run smoothly,my card details where on it,and it didn’t take payment. After reading the previous reviews,it seems like they have an issue with repeat prescriptions.absolute nightmare
