Omg soo slow.
At least 7 people working behind Pharmacy counter.
Takes 20 mins to an hour to get a Prescription ready.
I would really recommend this place as staff and especially pharmacist are very helpful and maintain a very good connection between patient and GP.
Some matters have been resolved in the matter of minutes.

Spent 35 minutes in the pharmacy waiting for 1 box of prescribed medicine which I ordered a week ago...Don't get me wrong, it was no customers accept me for the first 15 minutes...Customer Service is ridiculous...They didn't even say sorry, like I am no-one...35 minutes...No excuses...
Best pharmacy in this bit of the area. Iv bin to a few and they always muck up or have nothing, iv moved to this one and so far there spot on and quick.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Odd smell in the pharmacy. You get used to it after a while.
They didn't have a cream I was prescribed, I was happy to wait but they couldn't give me a date they would receive the cream by. Unacceptable service in today's standard, am I supposed to call/walk in every now and again to find out?
Very slow and the pharmacy itself so messy
A very nice atmosphere and there is always friendly staff on hand ready to help with whatever it is that you require and the pharmasist is always friendly and very polite when attending to you. I have never had any problems with the service or staff in all the years that i have been using them. I would recomend this pharmasy to anyone.
