Came in the other day to ask for some advice and was more than pleased with the service. Was seen immediately and nurse was very helpful and very friendly. It was clear she was fully trained and prepared to help (spoke to GP later about it and she recommended the same thing and it’s been working very well). Other staff at the counter were very friendly too. Overall incredible service and a good range of products. Thank you very much!
Outstanding service. My wife forgot to bring her medication when we came on holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady assistant. We had sufficient tablets to last 5 days in no time. Thank you for all-out did

Quick service, helpful friendly staff, nice clean shop
They recently acquired the Well Pharmacy. Apparently, these are ‘still two separate businesses’. The Well Pharmacy branch - which now has Dalton Square neon out front - randomly decided to shut on Saturdays without bothering to notify its customers. As someone who works full time this means that a) I am going to run out of my medication b) I am going to have to take time off work at short notice to get it on Monday. This is completely unacceptable.
My experience from the last time i went in.
Staff not very helpful/ unwilling to help.
one of the female pharmacists is exceptionally rude with an attitude problem.
I required more antibiotics for my son which I was told would keep him in good supply over Christmas (it didnt) we ran out on boxing day.
I was rudely interupted and told that nobody in the pharmacy would've told me that.
She then continued to roll her eyes at me and sigh
On this basis I will not be returning.
