FOOD = Great ham and cheese croissant hence 5 stars but........
DRINK = charging £5.00 for a milkshake which was half a pint of milk with a squirt of vanilla in it is a rip-off . You have no idea what a milkshake is supposed to be. Receipt no. 17409 on 19th April at 16.01 Total bill £10.50 I do not expect a credit for this I'm just telling you how disappointing the milkshake was.
used to go every day for a coffee and a cake, however when the cafe was taken over things changed. My last and final visit was when i was charged 50 pence extra for a decaf coffee and the normal sandwich i bought was considerably smaller for the same price. very dissappointed as it is perfectly situated for our daily visits.
Friendly peeps served me a delicious, bold & zesty top 10 double espresso in a proper cup.
UPDATE: This is now my local. Nice almond croissant and still smiley faces.
Great little independent coffee shop. Food is always fresh and super tasty! They also have lovely, locally sourced baked goods. Ran into their cookie supplier dropping off a fresh batch, and had to go back inside to make another purchase. (It's that good!)
Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Our dog is also a fan as he gets to say hi to some nice people and there's always a treat there for him too.
Staff have always been so welcoming and friendly. Food an coffee is always top notch especially mid bike ride ????
I came here after a bike ride on the Thames path. A lovely, bright cafe that makes a cracking tea and has tasty sandwiches and bagels. I had a bagel and was lovely and fresh. Worth a visit.
Great place to come and get a coffee and a snack. Very friendly staff who take care of you and make sure you get the service you deserve. Great atmosphere and would recommend very much
What a gem! Customer service was superb, felt more like chatting to a friend. Great space to chill in with a coffee. Good for solo or small groups. Love that their products for sale and produce support local producers. Nice strong coffee, and if you love brownies then this is a must to try here.
