Outstanding service!!! Had a power steering issue with my Transit and being self-employed I can't afford to have my van off the road. Peter was very understanding and had my van back to work with in an hour at a very reasonable price!!! Very happy customer ???? if I could give 6 stars that would be more appropriate! Not to mention very friendly staff.
Shocking service, Peter had my van for 2 weeks until I and had to get it lifted from his property, I couldn't drive it out as he had partialy dismantled the engine, I had driven my van in.
Told me he couldn't get the part and didn't even know what part to get. My husband, who is not a mechanic managed to source the part immediately. Even after sourcing the part and delivering it personally to him my van still lay for days untouched. Peter was extremely hostile and at one point I had 3 grown men verbally attacking me.
Total disrespect for my property, when I arrived at the garage I found an industrial waste bin pressed right up against my bumper.
Took my van to Semtech who repaired the engine in half a day.
When I informed Peter that I would be leaving this review he threatened to leave a bad review on my business, Peter has never been a customer of my business.
Phenomenal garage sorted my car which had been to 4 other garages all quating me over £1200 Peter located and sorted the part so fornless than £100 a simple switch in a steering rack can't rate them enough will definitely be back thanks again
