The receptionist and owner are lovely people, however, after 6 weeks, multiple cancelled jobs, many 'call back' promises, false quotes and forgetting parts of a job, this garage is sadly one I will not be using again.
Terrific garage for anything you need done for your car. Great staff, very honest and trustworthy with full diagnosis of what needs doing and what needs to be done in the future. They have got my car back on the road when I thought it would need scrapping. Highly recommended.
Sorted out my BMW quite quickly considering the engine bay was an absolute mess. Diagnosed and fix my issues, it’s now running so smooth and quiet! My eldest daughter who has autism was extremely happy to get her car back ????
Pleasantly surprised from the first call to final bill. Very professional, friendly and accommodating team. Service / MOT was done in no time at all, a good honest, friendly local business. Highly recommended.
Took it in for a diagnostic test (electrics) had a phone call saying only ABS showing fault,they ordered sensor just waiting on it to be delivered was quoted £89! All good with me,went to pick car up was told bill £277 as they had to put 4 wheel bearings on and 3 hrs labour!!No courtesy call to ask if even wanted wheel bearing done!was a bit taken aback and paid bill but imagine if i was a si gle parennt or OAP!lesson learnt wont be going again and will also be letting the people who recomended them know too,poor customer service and communication
