When we visited on 18/04/24, we ordered a caramel latte, cappuccino, and 2 orders of the pancakes, one with no bacon.
Upon ordering, we were informed it was cash only, but the Lloyd’s bank cash point 3/4 shops on the left as you exit make that a simple solution.
Drinks came fast, we opted to move outside after ordering due to the fantastic weather, and food followed shortly after, with a small delay between plates.
Service was friendly as ever, and the food was beautifully presented as pictured.
Cosy little cafe with amazing cakes. Toffee sponge cake was delicious! Perfect spot to end a long hike. I also managed to forget my hat there and the owner was kind enough to post it back. Definitely recommend ????????

Fab little cafe.. we stayed in the area 3 days and went back every day. Lovely guy working there really looked after us and our little girl. Delicious coffee, brilliant all day breakfasts and very yummy cakes. Perfect !
Lovely sitting out in a pod in the sunshine. Great coffee & fab cakes. Would recommend the lemon Victoria sponge even though it says Gluten free it was so moist & very delicious. So was the Chocolate orange cake.
What a fantastic find! This a a lovely cafe with friendly staff, natural decor and great food. There is a great atmosphere of chatty people.
We ordered a regular tea and large cappuccino, both good temperature and arrived in an expected time.
There is no card machine so pay with cash. There is a cash point a few metres down the cafe.
For food, we had chilli con carne that was well seasoned and had a good kick. The eggs Benedict has a runny middle and the right about of hollandaise sauce, not too much that will over power the taste! Yum yum!
Definitely willl be back to try their homemade cakes and other menu items!
What a find! A gorgeous cafe with the friendliest staff, most delicious food, great coffee and the cakes looked amazing! Nearly every person that came in was known to the staff, I always think repeat locals is a great sign. The pancakes were excellent.
We're here for coffee and cake. Nice & quaint in here. Lets taste the goods.
