Tolles Kochevent am Gardasee!!!!
ieri siamo stati alla scuola di cucina “Cusina by Fracca” a Lazise. Questa è stata un'idea di mia moglie e devo dire che è stata un'ottima idea. I due gestori della scuola di cucina, Ivan e Mirko, non solo ci hanno svelato i segreti per fare la pasta, ma hanno anche assicurato un evento molto piacevole, con tanti episodi divertenti ed interessanti. Abbiamo trascorso una serata molto bella e interessante dove abbiamo imparato molto sulla pasta e conosciuto due ragazzi davvero fantastici.

I did this class with my fiancé, in April. This is a truly amazing class, I would recommend everyone to go if you are visiting lake Garda. The venue is easy to find, with a bus stop right round the corner. The instructors are friendly professional and knowledgeable, they went out their way to help us with travelling back to the hotel. The class is well thought out, easy to follow and fun. The sauces that they use for the pasta that you make is delicious, the wine is unbelievable, and the equipment they use is top of the range and clean. You finish off with a diploma, which is a nice touch, which is presented proudly on my fridge at home. Wonderful experience, would definitely do this again.
