Had to remind a member of staff today to change her protective gloves as she had just served a customer with hot food and taken cash wearing the same gloves. She was about to pick up raw sausage with the same gloves. Staff seemed to be moving from hot food and bakery section then to butchery area
My husband came to your shop at Brant Road early this morning, and purchased.some cakes and two sausage baps. On arriving home, a couple of minutes later, he found that the sausages were completely cold, and had obviously been reheated, badly! This is disgusting, and we will never use this shop again. The baps are now in the dustbin!

The staff here are lovely, very helpful, especially Jane and Sam. Top selection of sandwiches, all freshly made, good selection of pastries and cakes, plus all the things you would find in a traditional butchers as well. Best place to get a sandwich from in the Brant Road shopping centre.
love this shop it's brilliant. the best mini cornish pasties outside cornwall (they call them Lincolnshire pasties!! ) , cheese straws to die for. All their products are spot on and the staff are very maternal.
