Trying to bill me for a job I didn't ask for.
I wanted my vr6 oil cooler checking if the was any oil leaks coming from it. I said before I booked it in I know the is leak around the rocker gasket and timing chain bolt tensioner so not to worry. I only want you to inspect the oil cooler housing as the are prone to it that's it.
Came to get the car with a bill stating oil leaking from rocker gasket and timing chain bolt tensioner (really!!!) And they are still trying to bill me now.
I gave all information about my car what to check and not to bother checking.

Quoted £350 and the bill came out £900. Rip off merchants at their finest. DO NOT go to this garage if you value your money. Extra parts that where not needed where added onto the bill without any prior contact or discussion with us about the work being done.
Prepare for hellfire in the morning.

Had a major problem with our Jeep Compass rear brake disks and pads whilst towing our caravan to Devizes. When we arrived at the caravan site, we couldn't find any garage (5) at short notice to fix the Jeep, that was, until we called into Curry Motors, crossing our fingers. Their customer service is outstanding. Within 36 hours the Jeep was on the ramp on Saturday morning no less. They found another problem, one of the callipers was faulty and they spent time trying to locate the part, but they did find one even on a Saturday. The work was carried out, and we are now able to travel back to Wales safely.
And they also, lent us a car until ours was fixed.
I can't praise Curry Motors enough. I like to say, thank you guys for your outstanding service.

Dreadful customer service
I've used this garage for years.. have 3 vehicles and have never had any issues until recently.
My last 3 occasions with them have been dreadful.
Rude, slow, tardy and plain indifferent.
Most recent example.,
Booking my car in due to an mot failure (at another garage due to a special offer).. it needed work doing before the 10 working days where up. Discussed this with currys when booking work in and they where aware of time sensitivity. Booked in for the work day b4 the retest. On day of work.. didn't hear from Currys all day so called them at 4.30 to be told they hadn't done work as too busy. No apology nothing.
Only when pressurised by me did they agree to do work the following morning and take to the other garage for a retest at a delayed time (as kindly agreed by other garage).
I then get a call the following day from currys wanting payment saying work was done and car was enroute for mot.
Not so
I then receive call from mot garage 50 mins later saying my car was received 10 minutes ago ie 40 mins late for the retest and guy that dropped it off was very rude to them and said it wasn't his problem it was late.
Nb currys is approx 10 minutes away from the mot garage
And
Don't even get me started when they called me up and accused me of getting a parking ticket in Morrisons car park in their courtesy car!! When it wasn't even the day I had their car!!!!
Keep well away from this garage if you want decent customer service
Very helpful and no issues at all.
Replace fuel filter over £350 bill really!!
