waited over 2 hours for delivery just to get wrong order, was told to wait another 40 mins or to re order again , staff was rude when telling them about wrong order and food was stone cold when received
Awful customer service. Walked past crystal kebab with their doors wide open staying “open”, my friend was served first with the member of staff serving huffing and puffing. After her order I was told off for not telling my order earlier as he wanted to shut… in a very rude tone this man told me I was lucky to have been served. I appreciate it was his closing time, however when we arrived the shop was still open, and food still being served. I was paying separate to my friend so why would I order at the same time if not asked? If we had politely been told they had been shut we would have happily walked away!
Crystal kebabs would do well to appreciate that most other towns around the country have many fast food shops open to the early hours of the morning, they are one of the only places in Taunton to follow this precedent however still finish significantly earlier than most. They would do well to appreciate customer service… and that this world unfortunately relies on working to the end of your shift !! Will not be returning and will spread the word.

Had the kebab and was sick and ill that evening only a few hours after. I guess they turned the heat of every now and then so only outside was cooked. Tasted of nothing, and the bread was dry. Nothing positive to say unfortunately
Having worked til very late Crystal were the only place open where I could quickly get some food and settle down for the night, they delivered in the early hours of the morning and much appreciate it! The kebab was great and just what I needed.
Haven’t received the food and driver had click delivered now ignoring the phones sort ur drivers and deliveries out. Staff were gave refund and was told to reorder instead of being brung the right order never ordering here again
Beautiful food fast delivery and very polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
