Placed an order through there website was given a hour waiting time which was fine, but food didn’t turn up until 1hr 50mins chased the order a few times when phoned kept trying to justify saying we are really busy why give a 1hr eta ? When the food did turn up it was all over the bag and everything else (see picture) food was ok, 1st time using these guys won’t be returning.
The food was really good but the service was very slow. There seemed to be just one poor guy who was doing everything and a young guy taking calls. The takeaway I ordered on line took nearly 1 1/2 hours instead of 50 minutes. I think they need to get more staff. Can't fault the young man behind the bar or the one waiter but they need help!
We made an order from here seem as they was under new ownership, was told food would be 35-40 minutes, after a hour went past we called, they said was on its way. After a hour and 40 mins in total the food turned up, two dishes was missing, all of the food was cold, was no drinks witch had been paid for, so called they offered 25% discount next time, game them the chance went to order again this evening, was told that for collection was a hour and 45 minutes and no discount, so from last time over £20 was paid for dishes we never got, would not recommend this place! Service is terrible and the staff are very rude! Much better Indians around!
My partner & I had a fantastic takeaway on 19th Jan. When I arrived my food wasn't ready for collection & I was informed it wouldn't be too long. I was happy with that and happy to sit & wait. While waiting Leo behind the bar/reception was friendly & apologetic. Not to long after the food was handed to me. When I got home (5min drive) the food was still piping hot, which was fab and even after we had finished our dinner we had food left over in the containers, and that was still very hot, which I was very impressed with, coz normally takeaways get cold quickly.
We had Coconut rice, Bombay (potatoes) Aloo, Chicken Tandoori (on bone)starter, Lamb Tikka Passanda & Chicken Korma and my god the rice was the best I have ever had, nothing like other coconut rice from other restaurants. The Korma was amazing, the right amount chicken and sauce. My partner is a right foodie and he said his Bombay, Lamb Tikka & and Tandoori, was SO SO good & delicious, the best Indian we have had. We would give all our food 14 out of 10. And the total price was reasonable too. We can't wait to eat in the restaurant for the food and the atmosphere, which was lovely to see while I was in there. Well done C.Spice, Leo and the team, keep up the great food and service, and I am looking forward to dining in with you this year.
Had a wonderful impromptu evening with friends on a Thursday night.Exquisite food just the right amount of spice,lovely atmosphere and must mention the excellent service,we all felt very looked after by the young waiter called Tyler.
We got a takeaway from here Friday evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and the curry was delicious!
My wife always gets an onion bhaji and generally if they are good then it’s a safe bet all the food will be good and these bhajis were good!
Will definitely return for our next takeaway.
I had Karahi Jeera Chilli Chicken and Keema Rice, my wife had Chicken Dupiaza.
We had a birthday meal here. It was all very good. The food was lovely, the service was good. I would definitely recommend it
