Very quick efficient service, reasonably priced but the customer service could do with a polish.
Cross Tyres & Auto were exceptional in value, service, and customer service. I had called several tyre shops trying to get a specific Goodyear brand. None of the shops could get these tyres until zi called Stuart at Cross Tyres. He got the two tyres in the shop the next day. When I came, Stuart had me drive into Bay 1 to see Gareth. Gareth was quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. In a short time, he had the tyres and had me pull the car into the alignment bay. Again, in a short time, all was right for the car. The new Goodyear tyres are wonderful with the fantastic traction from new tyres.
If you need new tyres, Cross Tyres is a great place to go. They do offer other services such as brakes, MOT, and more. I am sure they do them well, but I do not have any experience with those services as of yet.
The lads have always managed to fit me in and do it with a smile top service's provided every time
Mistake buying a car that doesn't have a jack sapre tyre or a wheel brace phoned a few companies for to replace my tyre quotes of £250 + rang this company very friendly staff had my tyre changed and a £100 cheaper will be definitely using this company again and will b giving the number to any of our customers at the fishery and camping site
