Polite, friendly staff, always ready to serve me my prescription daily and very helpful and kind.
Since moving to the area I have visited this chemist on more than one occasion, every time I visit all staff and chemist are always so friendly and helpful. Today they recommended the NHS scheme where you pay £30 to cover 3 months of prescription and you pay no more within the 3 months , something I was not aware of. Truly helpful! It’s small and convenient in Lordship Lane.
Very happy with the professional, warm and friendly service I receive here. The owner takes his time to explain things to me when asked. I am so glad I changed my chemist, as this one is far better by any means than my previous one. Also regularly contacts you re repeat prescriptions, collections, etc.
I was paying £20 per month for my prescription. And its now increased to more than £30 due to some other new prescriptions and the pharmacist in this Cross Chemist told me that I can prepay £10 per month via direct debit for all the prescriptions Im gonna have from now on. It helped me a lot as a foreigner in a country that I dont know very well! Nobody told it could be possible to pay £10 per month instead of £30. He wouldnt be bothered to give this information but he did and cant thank him enough! He must be a Saint or something! I recommend everyone to buy prescriptions from that branch in Lordship Lane. He is not only helpful but also very kind and perfect at what he does. Thank you very very much for everything! ????????????????????????
I always pay 4.99£ for 1 box of Ferrous Fumarate 210mg tbs. I payed 7£ here. When I questioned why the price was higher I was told the price has gone up. I went to another pharmacy, few days after.. same medication, same strength, same quantity and manifacturer.. and I payed the usual price of 4.99£!!
I always have a good experience here and am pharmacist is very helpful and accomodating. Nice family friendly place and reccommend.
