Me and my family have been service users for over 30years and unfortunately are leaving this awful practice has really deteriorated absolutely no consideration for patient care.
They see customers as sheep's and take advantage of people in need.
Vile Arrogant Female Dentist Avoid will cause more harm than good only after money always trys to rack up the bill to recommend getting unnecessary work done need to be closed down.

Terrible service , no point in calling to try and get an appointment as they hang up on you, have been trying to call for 2 weeks , when you call at 1 they say their on their break and to call after 1:30, when I do (at 2:00) they say their still on break and to call after 1:30??? Very bad service, why have a phone line when you never answer anyone's calls.
Best dentist Mr Patel was a legend rip and his daughter works downstairs is a great dentist and very professional she always talks to me and makes me feel calm and always sees me if I need attention with my teeth. Someone I know took a 7 year old boy there who had been neglected and they fixed his teeth up to a very high standard . Thank you to the Patel's.
Receptionist who answered the call was very rude. I wanted to get registered their and then get an appointment but was told no u can't get registered and u can't get an appointment as ur not registered here.
Hi I’m using my daughter’s account, i had a visit to the dentist few weeks ago, i had my appointment with doctor asad, well i can’t say in words how good he is I’ve never come across anyone this nice, polite and caring. He is just amazing last time i went it was with the old dentist as this is under new management, i recommended everyone to book your appointment with dr asad he is amazing words can’t do the justice 10/10 thank you so much ????????????????
PEOPLE BEWARE! I wish I did my research before visiting this shambolic practice! I am now proceeding to take legal action for dental negligence. The so called dentist downstairs literally attempted to drill a hole in my tooth without any anaesthetic and use a dental tweezer of some sort to apparently to release some pressure. I immediately suffered severe pain and was told that I should now take some antibiotics I continuously said I am in worse pain than before and I feel as if you’ve damaged my nerve by not using that tool
carefully however, the dentist nervously suggested it was an infection so after walking away from this practice, I had to literally visit another dental practice almost immediately to have this resolved. A course of antibiotics wouldn’t of sorted it! After getting the tooth in question professionally looked at, I had noticed that my tooth nerves and pulp had actually been damaged due to dental practice negligence. I also realised that the filling that she done was so close to the nerve that I had to get it redone which later resulted in a. Root canal. All what this practice is known for is to try to fit as many clients as they can in one day and abuse the NHS funding system. I hope you all read this review and know what kind of establishment this is.
