This chemist has got to be the worst of any I've ever dealt with.. Not only rude but on 2 occasions not having my prescription ready and blaming the surgery, then the surgery blame them! It's a joke of a place!
Absolutely useless I've been on the same repeat prescription for the last 12 years and they've still never got it all ready too many staff doing nothing seriously considering changing doctors and pharmacy would not recommend this place to anyone
Absolute shambles, opening times don't match what time they open, apparently they decide when to open. Morning booked off work for Absolute nothing. 4 weeks and no medication. Cus I don't finish work on time to collect. Absolute joke
Awful pharmacy. No one answers the phone. So many staff yet no one seems to be doing anything always a queue for repeat medication. No sense of urgency. When waiting you can hear the phone ringing out constantly but no one answers it the staff just straight passed it.
Pharmacy is not open on the times stated. Its always closed when I go
I have to say the staff at the pharmacy are always very pleasant and do work against considerable odds. Most problems are NOT of their cause when it boils down to it, and slack should be cut some days. I prefer ACCURACY to speed of my meds anytime!!!
The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Do not get your medication from these unhelpful, rude people. They have never got my medication right. The shop is grubby and the staff are extremely rude.
Staff have always been very helpful and polite. Can be busy in there however they do their best .
