Sorry I was too busy stuffing my face, so my picture is half way through my meal. The food was outstanding, from the sweet meaty burger, to the balsamic vinegar on the side salad. Highly recommend. Staff were great too
Wow! Great place for a great steak! Hubby had the spicy buffalo boneless wings starter, very tasty and great portion. I had the breaded cheese starter which was delicious! We both had rib eye steaks which were cooked to our perfection! I asked for side salad instead of the chips and this was easily accommodated. Wait staff were lovely and attentive, great service. Had a lovely bottle of malbec to share with our steak which was an amazing wine at a fab price. Will defo recommend and will be returning!
A truly wonderful dining experience situated in a quiet location with easy parking. The food is delicious, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the menu has something for everyone's tastes.

Our first visit here. Clean and tidy inside belies its slightly rougher area appearance from outside this housing estate centered bar and restaurant. My wife and I had the Croft breakfast of one each of egg, bacon, sausage, black pudding, hash brown, tattie scone, and beans. Our grandson opted for the Cairn which is double the amount. Toast was served with both plates. Fast friendly efficient service. We will be back!
Good variety of dishes from the usual pub fayre. Food served reasonably quickly, considering several tables ordered at the same time. Lost a point as the chips were past their best. (May have been reheats). The rest of the dishes seem to be freshly made from scratch (rather than the heated up pre-packed/frozen meals some places serve these days) and are quite tasty.
This was our second visit and the food was lovely. We had our grandson with us this time and he gave his burger meal the thumbs up and wants to go again. We will definitely be back.
The people are really nice who work there and always helpful if you need help choosing what to have they know what is good on the menu. They have now started a cocktail room and it's good you can also get it at the restaurant and they do mocktails for the kids too.
