Top Notch Garage! Honest, fairly priced and great service! Best in the area!
After a re-gassing of my AC failed due to a broken compressor, I was advised on how to find a new part cheaper than the market rate and given a free re-gassing on its installation. The guys take time to show you the work they have done and break it down so that someone who isn’t that knowledgeable about cars can understand the work that has gone on.
I took my car here because it had developed an alarming noise. Nick took thirty seconds to diagnose and correct the fault - a small branch had become trapped behind one of the wheels. I was very impressed with their admin and courtesy and will certainly use them again.
Nick really helped out. He managed to reattach my faulty bonnet cable so I could top up my screen wash and oil. A really lovely chap.
Nick and the team are heroes - they have the contract to look after the CGA fleet, including the minibus and company cars. They provide a first class service, with immediate response times and quick turnarounds. They understand our business needs and prioritise our maintenance schedule so it does affect our operational logistics. They go the extra mile by collecting and delivering the vehicles so that we don't experience any downtime from our coaching schedule, and also offer us an immediate breakdown and recovery service on the minibus.
Best garage in Chichester. Always friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty. Never rip you off and explain what needs doing.
Now do MOTs. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Nick and team are the best.

Fantastic customer service, thanks to Nick and the team I am driving around in a fully working 9 year old car. Having tried to blow it up bi-annually they are always able to repair it to good as new condition. ????
What a nice bunch of people. I would say 'main-dealer service', but that would be an injustice. How many main dealers greet you on a personal basis, empathize and drop everything to take a look at the situation?
These guys don't have 'no' in their vocabulary - if you call in and say 'there's something wrong with my car' (expecting to book in a week later), one of them gives you a friendly tap on the shoulder in reassurance, whilst another has sneaked past and is already under the bonnet giving an initial diagnosis. These guys have worked on over 20 of my vehicles, from a classic mini to Range Rover Vogue and have always come up trumps with parts, servicing and repairs. I even tried my luck with an imported Mustang, but again these chaps took on the challenge and sorted me out - and unlike main dealers, I always go away feeling that the job has been done perfectly, and I have enough change in my pocket to take my wife out for dinner afterwards!
Having dealt with these chaps for nearly 20 years, I wouldn't swap them for all the tea in china. They have always been the same. (Unlike the main dealers for my lease cars, where you have to be selective on which day to book in order to achieve a reasonable level of confidence in dealing with Mickey Mouse's gofer).
