Extremely rude, after waiting from January the tow truck was 30 mins late he cancelled my van and slotted someone in straight away telling me to rebook for end of April!!! Disgusting would not recommend customer services absolutely appalling!

went in today with an electrical issue on my car expecting the soonest booking in about three weeks. Contrary to expectation I was greeted by a gentleman named Graham who - even though having 2 cars inside, heard out my vague description of fault and decided to take a quick look at the car.
His approach was very professional and methodical, great people skills, went through the fuse box faster than a speeding bullet, checked the error codes ( lights everywhere like on a christmas tree ), removed them and managed to effectively narrow down the area of the fault. Magician !
I immediately booked for repair in a week ???????? !!! I am confident in their abilities to fix the fault. This is how you make your business money and a good reputation !
