Il a un large choix de confiseries artisales (chocolats, caramels,...). Il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Caramels à la bière BFM, à l'abricotine, à l'absinthe et j'en passe.
Les produits sont d'une grande qualité.
Mention spéciale pour le caramel au beurre salé à tartiner.
J'ai adoré. Tout était délicieux. Le lieu est agréablement décoré et chaleureux. Le personnel est très sympathique et de bon conseil ! Je reviendrai certainement essayer tous les chocolats et toutes les pâtisseries !
This is a family business. The man who helped me was very kind and passionate about the chocolates, not to mention very stylish.
I paid 13 CHF for 9 chocolates bites. You could say this is a pretty steep price. But after one bite into the caramel, my good lord, I was ready to run back for an additional 5 boxes. It was UNBELIEVABLE!
Its crispy outer edges and perfect caramel middle so light and the PERFECT small bite.
The matcha was another fave. It tasted like quality grade matcha, not too sweet. The freshness of the tea leaves exploded with every nibble.
The other chocolates were meh.
