Liz and Steve were responsible for managing the work my car was booked in for and liaising with me. Even before dropping off my car, Liz was absolutely brilliant by being thorough in explaining the process, keeping me up to date and doing so with the utmost professionalism. Steve was just as great, also clearly explaining what would be done, and even going the extra mile to check-in after the work was completed.
The customer service I received was excellent and the whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
I can't recommend Crash Car Centre more highly. They did a fantastic job on polishing out a scratch on my car and it now looks as good as new. Steve was brilliant and managed to get my car sorted in less than a day when originally it was going to go in for a couple of days. They even gave it a clean and a hoover which I wasn't expecting. Fantastic service and Liz in reception was also so helpful. Thank you so much!
Great service from start to finish. All the staff are so polite and helpful from Liz on reception to Steve who managed by vehicle repair. The finish repair of my vehicle was exceptional, and the courtesy car ensured the repair was stress free and easy. To top it off, my car was returned cleaner than it was when it was 1st delivered from the showroom, what an A class service, thank you so much Steve and team.
I am absolutely amazed by the team, NO fault crash some idiot Tbone my Focus ST line MK4 left passenger door and wheel arch! Crash care centre gave me updates along the way cleaned it up prior to collection, turn around time was less than 2 weeks if I remember right. Customer service pleasant polite helpful. Would recommend! Attached a few before and after.
3rd party accident repair. Very quick! Car looks great, thanks to Steve, Liz & the team. I only give them one less star as I asked a couple of times about the estimate given to the insurance company and never saw it.
5* service from Hitchin Crash Care Centre, from start to finish. Liz was very helpful and polite, sorting me out one of their courtesy cars after being let down by my insurance with one. Steve was lovely & knowledgeable, helping me with the courtesy car and any questions I had about my car repairs. The job they did on my car is exceptional - you'd never know it had been crashed into. It looks brand new and so clean (even better than it did when I drove it out of the show room!) and they did it so quickly, all within a couple of days.
